Swiss developer DHG brings Helvetia Marine lifestyle to Dubai Islands
Yacht-style interiors paired with resort-level amenities
DUBAI – DHG Properties has announced the launch of Helvetia Marine, its latest premium residential development on Dubai Islands, further expanding the Swiss developer’s footprint in one of the city’s fastest-emerging waterfront districts.
The project marks DHG’s third development in Dubai under the Helvetia brand, reinforcing its positioning around Swiss quality, precision and long-term value. Designed to combine urban accessibility with a relaxed coastal lifestyle, Helvetia Marine adds a refined residential option to the evolving island community.
Dubai Islands has gained strong momentum over the past year, attracting increasing attention from investors and end-users seeking waterfront living with modern infrastructure. Earlier this year, transactions in the area reached nearly Dh3.5 billion, equivalent to $953 million, reflecting sustained demand for new-generation developments along Dubai’s coastline. Helvetia Marine enters the market at a time when the district is being shaped into a major residential and leisure destination.
Waterfront setting
Blagoje Antic, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of DHG Properties, said Dubai Islands offers a distinctive blend of calm seaside living and proximity to the city’s commercial and cultural hubs. He noted that Helvetia Marine has been planned to reflect this balance, with residences located just minutes from the beach while remaining well connected to Downtown Dubai and other key landmarks. The development is positioned to appeal to residents seeking lifestyle-led living as well as investors focused on future growth.

Helvetia Marine features contemporary architecture inspired by the organic forms of coral, resulting in a low-rise building that integrates naturally with its surroundings. The project comprises 63 residential units, designed to offer privacy and exclusivity within a boutique waterfront setting. The exterior design is complemented by interiors that reflect understated luxury, drawing inspiration from yacht living and executed using high-quality materials.
Design concept
The residential mix includes well-planned one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside a limited number of duplex apartments and garden residences. Apartment sizes range from 802 square feet to 2,592 square feet, catering to a variety of lifestyle needs. Duplex homes are distinguished by five-metre-high ceilings, creating expansive living spaces, while garden residences feature private landscaped outdoor areas that extend the living environment beyond the interior.
Interiors have been designed to balance functionality with refined aesthetics, focusing on natural light, efficient layouts and durable finishes. The overall concept reflects the Helvetia brand’s emphasis on longevity and timeless design, aligning with DHG’s broader development philosophy in the UAE market.
Lifestyle amenities
Residents of Helvetia Marine will have access to a comprehensive range of lifestyle-focused amenities. Highlights include a rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of the sea and the Dubai skyline, complemented by a rooftop bar designed for social gatherings. Additional facilities include podium-level landscaped gardens, a dedicated yoga area, a jogging track, indoor and outdoor gym facilities, a social club and a children’s playground.
These amenities are intended to support wellbeing, community interaction and everyday convenience, reinforcing the development’s positioning as a lifestyle-oriented residential address. The project forms part of a wider master-planned community envisioned as a new benchmark for coastal living, with access to 20 kilometres of beaches, marinas, parks, leisure attractions and retail destinations.
Strategic growth
Connectivity remains a key feature of the Dubai Islands master plan, with future metro links and an expanding road network set to provide access to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. Within this context, Helvetia Marine is positioned to benefit from both lifestyle demand and infrastructure-led growth.
The launch of Helvetia Marine brings the combined development value of DHG Properties’ three ongoing UAE projects to approximately Dh1.3 billion, or $350 million. DHG Properties operates as part of the Swiss-based DHG Group, which has more than 30 years of experience, over 300 completed projects and a total of 2.5 million square metres delivered globally. Under the leadership of Blagoje Antic, the group continues to advance its international expansion strategy, introducing Swiss development standards to the UAE’s competitive real estate landscape.
